Current monthly cottage rates are: 1 Bedroom with Loft $2,500–$2,650/month and 2 Bedroom $2,500–$2,650/month, with a maximum stay of 60 days and a $500 deposit ($250 refundable after checkout). Availability varies by season—check dates early.
