Savannah Lakes is designed for guests who value calm, comfort, and a good night’s sleep. Quiet time runs from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and resort buildings (store, clubhouse, pool areas) are closed during these hours.
Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
- Loud parties are not allowed.
- Excessive volume from radios, TVs, or instruments is not allowed.
- Please don’t disturb other guests’ quiet enjoyment of the resort.
Pet Rules
We’re proud to be pet-friendly—these rules keep the resort safe and enjoyable for everyone.
- Maximum 3 pets per site; pets must be noted on your reservation.
- Noisy or aggressive pets are not allowed.
- Barking, growling, snarling, crying, howling, or other disruptive noises may result in revoked pet permission.
- Aggressive or vicious behavior may result in revoked pet permission.
- Pets must be on a 6-foot (or shorter) leash when outside.
- A small temporary enclosure is allowed if attended: max 4 ft x 8 ft x 48 inches high.
- Pets may not be left unattended on the site or anywhere in the resort.

Parking & Site Use Guidelines
To keep roads clear and sites tidy, please use your designated site space for your RV and vehicles. Some site types require that the RV and any additional vehicles park on the concrete pad—always follow on-site signage and staff direction.
- RV and additional vehicles must be parked on the concrete pad for applicable site types.
- Follow posted signage and staff instructions for overflow/visitor parking.
Additional Requirements for Monthly RV Stays
Monthly stays have a few extra requirements to keep the resort safe, orderly, and travel-ready.
- RVs must be moveable within a 24-hour notice.
- Registration and insurance documentation is required prior to arrival for 1+ month stays.
- Monthly reservations are billed via auto-pay to the card on file.
