Choose Your Stay Length
Nightly RV Site Rates
All full-hook-up concrete pads with 30/50 AMP, water, sewer, high-speed broadband, and local TV. Final price varies by date and site type; check live availability.
Nightly Cottage Rates
Fully furnished 1-BR, loft, and 2-BR cottages (sleep 3–7). Pricing varies by date and cottage type.
Weekly Savings
Save 10% automatically on eligible weekly stays when you enter promo code WEEKLY during checkout (codes are case-sensitive; entered in the shopping cart before payment).
Monthly & Seasonal Stays
- Reserve up to 6 months at a time.
- Electric surcharge billed monthly: $125/mo Jan–Apr, $175/mo May–Sep, $125/mo Oct–Dec (plus tax).
- Deposits: 50% of first month if booking >30 days out; otherwise first month due at booking.
- Auto-pay required; 2-day grace; ejection process begins Day 3 if unpaid.
- Rig standards: Motorhomes, fifth-wheels, travel trailers ≤15 years; older restored rigs by photo pre-approval. Pop-ups/truck campers not permitted for monthly.

Every Stay Includes
Full-hook-ups (30/50 AMP, water, sewer) on concrete pads.
High-speed broadband + local TV at the pedestal.
Access to resort amenities: heated pool, splash pad, 12-person hot tub, pickleball, fitness, game room, K9 Corner, trails.
Fees, Deposits & Billing
Electric & Utilities (Monthly)
Monthly stays are billed a flat electric surcharge per season (Jan–Apr $125/mo; May–Sep $175/mo; Oct–Dec $125/mo), plus tax. See the Monthly page for examples.
Deposits
Monthly reservations: 50% of the first month if booked >30 days prior; otherwise the full first month. Weekly/nightly deposits follow the booking engine rules displayed at checkout.
Auto-Pay & Due Dates (Monthly)
Monthly reservations require a card on file. Payment is due on Day 1 of the billing cycle; 2-day grace; ejection begins Day 3 if unpaid. Contact Guest Services 2 days before the due date to change payment method.
