Rig Standards & Eligibility — Savannah Lakes RV Resort
Our goal is simple: keep the resort safe, comfortable, and great-looking for every guest.
To maintain a high-quality guest experience, Savannah Lakes RV Resort follows basic RV age and condition standards. Please review the details below before you book—especially for monthly and seasonal stays.
Eligibility at a Glance
RVs 15 Years or Newer
RVs 15 years old or newer are welcome to book at Savannah Lakes (subject to standard reservation rules).
Older RVs May Be Approved
If your RV is older than 15 years but in excellent or fully restored condition, email photos of all four sides for approval before booking.
Email: slrvinfo@crrhospitality.com
Monthly Stays Have Extra Requirements
Monthly stays are for motorhomes, fifth-wheels, and travel trailers only. Pop-ups and truck campers are not permitted for monthly reservations.
What “Good Condition” Means
We welcome a wide range of rigs—as long as they are clean, safe, and well maintained. Our team may decline a reservation if a rig appears to be in poor visible condition at arrival or does not match what was pre-approved. These standards protect all guests and help keep the resort comfortable and attractive.
A rig in good condition typically has:
- No major exterior damage (missing panels, broken windows, exposed framing)
- No obvious leaks or hazardous mechanical issues
- Clean, maintained exterior appearance
- Proper functioning hookups and safe electrical connections
If you’re unsure, email photos before booking and we’ll confirm.
How to Get Pre-Approval for an Older RV
If your rig is older than 15 years, pre-approval is quick and usually easy.
- Take clear photos of your RV from all four sides in daylight.
- Include a close-up photo of the RV make/model/year (or registration) if available.
- Email the photos to slrvinfo@crrhospitality.com with your planned arrival dates and rig length.
- Wait for approval before completing your reservation.
Pre-approval helps avoid surprises at check-in. If a rig arrives without approval and is outside standards, the reservation may be declined.
Additional Standards for Monthly & Seasonal Stays
Monthly stays are designed for guests who want a stable home base while still remaining travel-ready. For 1+ month stays, we require basic documentation and that rigs remain movable. This supports safety and ensures the resort stays orderly for everyone.
- RV must be a motorhome, fifth-wheel, or travel trailer.
- Pop-ups and truck campers not permitted for monthly stays.
- Provide RV and/or tow vehicle registration and insurance before arrival.
- RV must remain moveable within 24 hours (no permanent structures).
If a Rig Doesn’t Meet Standards
If a rig does not meet standards at arrival, our team will work to find a solution when possible. In some cases, the reservation may be declined for safety or property-quality reasons.
- If you have an older rig: get pre-approval in advance (fastest solution).
- If your rig condition changes before arrival: email updated photos.
- Monthly guests: ensure documents are submitted and rig remains moveable.
