Rig Standards & Eligibility
We welcome motorhomes, fifth-wheels, and travel trailers that are 15 years old or newer. If your RV is older but in excellent condition or fully restored, please email clear photos of all four sides to slrvinfo@crrhospitality.com for approval before booking. For monthly stays, rigs must be moveable within 24 hours, and you’ll submit basic registration and insurance information ahead of arrival. Pop-ups and truck campers aren’t eligible for monthly reservations.

If you’re rolling along I-95 and want a hassle-free stop, our pull-thru RV sites make overnight stays easy. Most guests can keep their towed vehicle connected, making late arrivals and early departures simple. Wide, concrete pads and good interior roads mean less stress—and more rest—especially for big rigs.

Yes. We offer spacious back-in, pull-in, and pull-thru sites suitable for larger rigs and tow setups.
What are your rig-age rules?
We accept RVs 15 years old or newer. Older rigs in excellent or restored condition may be approved with photos emailed before booking.
Can I stay monthly in my RV?
Yes. Eligible rigs can reserve monthly stays up to 6 months, with a flat electric fee per season and auto-pay billing. See our Monthly page for details.
Are tents or car camping allowed?
No. Savannah Lakes is designed for self-contained RVs and cottages only—no tent or car camping.
