Monthly & Seasonal RV Sites at Savannah Lakes RV Resort

Stay one month or the whole season at a lakeside RV resort between Savannah and Hilton Head, with full-hook-up concrete pads and resort-style amenities.

Our long-term RV sites are designed for guests who want more than a quick overnight. Snowbirds, travel nurses, essential workers, and long-stay explorers use Savannah Lakes as their home base—with clear monthly pricing, easy access off I-95, and everything you need on property.

Who Our Monthly RV Sites Are Perfect For

Monthly and seasonal stays at Savannah Lakes work best for guests who want comfort, routine, and flexibility—not permanent housing. If any of these sound like you, you’ll likely love a longer stay here.

RVs and vehicles are parked near a tree-lined lake at sunrise, with clear reflections of trees and sky visible in the calm water.

Rig Standards for Monthly RV Stays

To keep our resort looking great and to ensure safety for longer stays, we have a few simple standards. We welcome motorhomes, fifth-wheels, and travel trailers 15 years old or newer. If your rig is older but in excellent or fully restored condition, email clear photos of all four sides to slrvinfo@crrhospitality.com for approval before booking. Pop-ups and truck campers aren’t permitted for monthly reservations, and all rigs must remain moveable within 24 hours during your stay.

  • Motorhome / fifth-wheel / travel trailer only.
  • RV 15 years or newer (or pre-approved with photos).
  • Pop-ups & truck campers: ✖ not for monthly.
  • Must remain moveable within 24 hours
  • Registration & insurance required for 1+ month stays.

How Monthly Billing & Electric Work

Monthly Electric Fee by Season

Rather than metering individual sites, we use a flat monthly electric fee based on the time of year. This keeps billing simple and predictable—especially for guests on stipends or fixed budgets.

  • January – April: $125/month + tax
  • May – September: $175/month + tax
  • October – December: $125/month + tax

Auto-Pay & Due Dates

Monthly reservations are billed via auto-pay to the card on file. Your payment is due on Day 1 of the billing cycle, with a 2-day grace period. On Day 3, the ejection process begins if unpaid. To change your payment method, contact Guest Services at least 2 days before your due date

Example: Winter Monthly Stay

If you stay from January 10 to March 10, you’ll pay:

  • Site rent for each month (see current rates in the booking engine)
  • Electric fee: $125/month + tax for both months

(Note: This is just an example. Always check current rates and taxes before booking.)

What Life Looks Like When You Stay a Month (or More)

Monthly guests quickly fall into a rhythm: morning walks around the lakes, a few hours of work or errands, then pool time, pickleball, or relaxing on the patio. On-site activities and seasonal events add variety, while short drives take you into Savannah, Hilton Head, or nearby wildlife refuges. Think of it as a small community of fellow travelers—many of whom return year after year

How to Book a Monthly RV Site

  1. Pick your dates — choose your arrival day and the same day in the next month (e.g., Jan 24–Feb 24) in the booking engine.
  2. Select a monthly-eligible RV site — look for site types recommended for longer stays (lakefront, interior back-in, etc.).
  3. Enter your information — complete guest and rig details.
  4. Pay the deposit — 50% of the first month if booked >30 days out; full first month if booked ≤30 days out.
  5. Watch for a confirmation email — note when your electric fee and subsequent months will be auto-charged.
  6. Send required documents — email registration and insurance ahead of arrival.
